Questions
Does it work with iPhones?
Yes. iPhone XS and newer open it with a tap, no app needed. Most Android phones do too when NFC is on, which is the default. Anyone else can scan the QR code on the same card.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once, and the dashboard is included.
What do you need from me?
Your business name as it appears on Google, your logo if you have one, and 10 minutes to test it with us. We find your review link for you.
Can I choose which reviews go to Google?
No, and nobody can. Only your customers can post Google reviews, from their own accounts, and Google bans filtering who gets asked. What you do get: unhappy customers can message you privately first, so you can fix things.
How long does delivery take?
Cornwall and SDG: we book an install within a week. Elsewhere in Canada: usually 5–10 business days by post.
What if I lose a card?
We switch off its link and send a replacement at cost.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If it isn’t working for you within 30 days of setup, send the kit back for a full refund. See our refund policy.
