Who we are. Ovatap is operated by Ascendaco Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: hello@ascendaco.com. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s PIPEDA.

If you tapped a card or scanned a code. The page you saw belongs to the business that gave you the card; we run it on their behalf. We record that the page was opened and whether the Google button was pressed, with the date, your browser type and a scrambled code made from your internet address that changes every day. We can’t identify you from it. It lets the business see how often its card is used. Google reviews are posted on Google, under Google’s own privacy policy.

If you send private feedback. The business receives your message and any name or contact details you chose to add. We use it only to pass your feedback on, and we don’t sell it or share it with anyone else.

If you buy from us. We use your order details to contact you, make and deliver your cards, and set up your dashboard. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We keep order records as long as we serve you and as tax law requires.

Your choices. To see, correct or delete information about you, email hello@ascendaco.com. We reply within 30 days.
