Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If Ovatap isn’t working for your business, tell us within 30 days of your setup (the install date, or the video-call setup date for posted kits) and we’ll refund what you paid in full.

How it works.

1. Email hello@ascendaco.com with your order reference.
2. Return the cards and stand. In Cornwall and SDG, our local partner collects them. Elsewhere, post them back and we’ll reimburse standard postage.
3. We refund to your original card within 5 business days of getting the kit back. Your card links are switched off.

Faulty or damaged items are replaced free of charge within 12 months, no need to return the whole kit.

Cancelling before setup. If we haven’t installed or posted your kit yet, you can cancel for a full refund at any time.
